【PDN News】On October 29, 2025, the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Beijing hosted a grand reception to celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye. H.E. Ambassador Selçuk ÜNAL of Türkiye to China attended the event with his wife, H.E. Mrs. Lerzan Kayıhan ÜNAL. Mr. Chen Weiqing, Director-General of the Department of West Asian and North African Affairs of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended the event as the guest of honor.

Distinguished guests from various sectors, including Chinese government departments, foreign diplomatic envoys in China, business elites, and cultural figures, gathered together to witness this important moment. The reception venue was decorated in a solemn yet warm style, and the guests exchanged ideas and interacted in a friendly atmosphere, jointly reviewing the 102-year development journey of the Republic of Türkiye as well as the friendly cooperative relations between China and Türkiye in political, economic, cultural and other fields.
