【公共外交网讯】近日，备受瞩目的2025 公共外交年度人物颁奖盛典在北京隆重举行。长期致力于中印尼人文交流的杰出使者何震发（James Hartono），凭借其在促进两国文化互鉴、教育合作、民心相通等方面的卓越贡献，当选“2025公共外交年度人物”。

作为中印尼人文交流的积极推动者，何震发深耕双边合作领域多年，始终以“国之交在民相亲”为信念，搭建起跨越山海的友谊桥梁。在文化传播领域，他积极促成中印尼艺术团体互访巡演，推动两国传统音乐、舞蹈、绘画等艺术形式的深度对话，参与策划“海上丝路文化联展”等多个品牌活动，让印尼传统歌舞与中国非遗技艺在同台展演中碰撞火花，使“娘惹文化”等两国交融的文化瑰宝被更多人熟知。同时，他敏锐把握数字时代传播趋势，借助TikTok等社交媒体平台发起“中印尼文化打卡”“语言共学挑战”等热门话题，吸引两国千万级青年用户参与互动，让美食、民俗、生活美学成为民心相通的鲜活载体。

在教育合作方面，何振发是中印尼人才联合培养的坚定践行者。他积极对接中国高校与印尼院校资源，推动建立“中文+专业技能”联合培养项目，助力北京大学、广东外语外贸大学等高校的印尼语专业建设，同时为印尼学生赴华留学搭建便捷通道，促成多所印尼高校与中国院校开展“2+2”联合办学、学术科研合作。针对印尼数字经济人才需求，他牵头推动中国在线教育平台与印尼职业院校合作，开设电子商务、数字技术等线上课程，累计惠及数千名印尼青年，为两国产业合作储备了专业人才力量。

旅游与地方合作领域，何振发同样成效卓著。他积极参与中印尼直航网络拓展推广工作，助力北京、上海、广州等中国城市与雅加达、巴厘岛、泗水等印尼热门目的地的航线加密，配合印尼对华免签政策宣传，让两国游客互访更加便捷顺畅。此外，他还推动广东—雅加达、福建—中爪哇等地方友城深化文旅融合，促成多场地方特色产品展销、文化节庆互办活动，让民间友谊在务实合作中不断升温。

恰逢2025年中印尼建交75周年，这一荣誉不仅是对何振发个人贡献的高度认可，更是对两国人文交流丰硕成果的生动见证。在获奖感言中，何振发表示：“中印尼人文交流有着千年海上丝路的历史根基，如今在‘一带一路’倡议与印尼‘全球海洋支点’战略对接下，正迎来前所未有的发展机遇。我将继续以文化为媒、以民心为桥，为推动两国命运共同体建设传递更多温暖与力量。”

【Public Diplomacy Network News】Recently, the highly anticipated 2025 Public Diplomacy Person Award Gala was grandly held in Beijing. Among the recipients, He Zhenfa (James Hartono), an outstanding envoy dedicated to China-Indonesia people-to-people exchanges for years, was successfully awarded the "2025 Public Diplomacy Person" honor in recognition of his remarkable contributions to deepening cultural mutual learning, educational cooperation and people-to-people bonds between the two countries. 

As an active promoter of China-Indonesia people-to-people exchanges, He Zhenfa has been deeply engaged in bilateral cooperation for many years, adhering to the belief that "people-to-people friendship holds the key to state-to-state relations" and building a bridge of friendship across mountains and seas. In the field of cultural communication, he has actively facilitated mutual visits and tours of art troupes from both countries, promoting in-depth dialogue between traditional music, dance, painting and other art forms of China and Indonesia. He participated in planning several brand activities such as the "Maritime Silk Road Cultural Joint Exhibition", allowing Indonesian traditional songs and dances to collide with Chinese intangible cultural heritage skills on the same stage, and making cultural treasures formed by the integration of the two countries, such as "Peranakan Culture", known to more people. Meanwhile, he keenly grasped the communication trends of the digital age, launching popular topics such as "China-Indonesia Cultural Check-in" and "Language Co-learning Challenge" on social media platforms like TikTok, attracting tens of millions of young users from both countries to participate in interactions, and making food, folk customs and life aesthetics vivid carriers for people-to-people connection.

In terms of educational cooperation, He Zhenfa is a firm practitioner of joint talent training between China and Indonesia. He actively connected resources between Chinese universities and Indonesian institutions, promoted the establishment of "Chinese + professional skills" joint training programs, supported the development of Indonesian language majors in universities such as Peking University and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and built convenient channels for Indonesian students to study in China. He also facilitated "2+2" joint education and academic research cooperation between many Indonesian universities and Chinese institutions. In response to the demand for digital economy talents in Indonesia, he took the lead in promoting cooperation between Chinese online education platforms and Indonesian vocational colleges, offering online courses in e-commerce, digital technology and other fields, benefiting thousands of Indonesian young people and reserving professional talent for industrial cooperation between the two countries.

He Zhenfa has also achieved remarkable results in tourism and local cooperation. He actively participated in the promotion of the expansion of China-Indonesia direct flight networks, helping to increase flights between Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and popular Indonesian destinations such as Jakarta, Bali and Surabaya. He also promoted the publicity of Indonesia's visa-free policy for Chinese citizens, making mutual visits between tourists from both countries more convenient and smooth. In addition, he promoted in-depth cultural and tourism integration between sister cities such as Guangdong-Jakarta and Fujian-Central Java, facilitating multiple events including local characteristic product exhibitions and mutual cultural festival celebrations, allowing people-to-people friendship to flourish in practical cooperation.

2025 marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Indonesia. This honor is not only a high recognition of He Zhenfa's personal contributions, but also a vivid testimony to the fruitful achievements of people-to-people exchanges between the two countries. In his acceptance speech, He Zhenfa said: "China-Indonesia people-to-people exchanges have a historical foundation of thousands of years of the Maritime Silk Road. Today, under the alignment of China's Belt and Road Initiative and Indonesia's Global Maritime Fulcrum strategy, they are ushering in an unprecedented development opportunity. I will continue to take culture as a medium and people's hearts as a bridge to convey more warmth and strength for promoting the construction of a community with a shared future between the two countries."
